Took my kids, wife and mother in law to the Flying Heritage Collection at Paine Field north of Seattle. Great warbird collection. Most all are in airworthy condition. Many were opened up for their annual inspections including this Hurricane. Really cool way to see the planes. Photo dump at a later date.

I absolutely love Allen's collection. It's rare to see combat aircraft restored so closely to their original condition and the meticulous attention to detail on each plane is amazing.
Funny story time! My girlfriend and I went there for one of the fly days, which just so happened to be the day they flew the German planes. The 109 never made it up due to engine issues, the 190 developed a misfire while taxiing, and the Storch blew a tire on landing. German reliability, eh?

I'd take one of these over the Italian version any day of the week. 340 MPH.

I will probably never touch either of them but I would love to fly someday.

I can't wait for the weather to get better so they can fly again. Watched the Stormovik fly last year. It was glorious!
